The SHAD TR48 Terra Black Edition top case is a premium aluminum motorcycle top case, designed for adventure, touring, and long-distance travel enthusiasts. This Black Edition version stands out with its elegant black, scratch-resistant powder coating, giving the case a distinctive look and extra protection for intensive use.
The SHAD TR48 Terra Black Edition can hold one adventure helmet or two helmets – one modular (flip-up) and one jet type. The case is made of hardened aluminum alloy, allowing for low weight while ensuring maximum resistance to impacts and deformation.
The patented TERRA Lock System with a retractable handle allows for convenient opening, closing, attaching, or removing the case with one hand in just a few seconds. The new generation SHAD lock cylinder has dust protection and reduces the risk of theft, and the cylinders can be easily keyed alike with other SHAD side and top cases, using a single key.
The internal foam base reduces luggage movement while riding, and a watertight rubber gasket protects the contents from rain, dust, and other adverse weather conditions. External AISI 304 stainless steel hooks allow for additional attachment of larger luggage or other equipment.
The mounting plate is not included in the set. The case requires a SHAD Top Master fitting kit and one of the compatible SHAD mounting plates.
